Vivek Bindra, a well-known motivational speaker and prominent figure on social media platforms, is facing serious allegations of domestic violence following his recent marriage. According to police reports, a case has been lodged against him by his brother-in-law in Noida’s Sector 126. The incident is reported to have occurred just a day after Bindra’s wedding to Yanika, with her brother Vaibhav Kwatra filing the complaint. The distressing altercation transpired in Supernova West Residency, the couple’s residence in Noida’s Sector 94.

Despite their recent marriage on December 6, an unfortunate turn of events allegedly unfolded hours after the ceremony when Bindra was accused of verbally abusing and physically assaulting Yanika inside a room, as outlined in the police FIR. The complaint additionally notes that Yanika has suffered hearing impairment as a result of the assault.

Vivek Bindra, the CEO of Bada Business Pvt Ltd and a widely recognized figure on platforms like YouTube and Instagram, now finds himself embroiled in this grave controversy. In addition to the domestic abuse allegations, Vivek Bindra has faced other arguments, including recent accusations leveled against him by fellow YouTuber and motivational speaker Sandeep Maheshwari, who accused Bindra of producing a “scam.”

Sandeep Maheshwari accused Vivek Bindra of running a course akin to multi-level marketing, alleging it involves collecting around ₹500 crore from students. Bindra denied the claims, challenging Maheshwari on his YouTube channel. The conflict intensified with Bindra alleging threats to his legal team and accusing Maheshwari’s employees of intruding into his home, and repetitively requesting Sandeep Maheshwari, “janeman ek baar dusri taraf ki kahani toh sun li hoti’

In June 2022, Vivek Bindra faced criticism from the Sikh community for an animated portrayal of Guru Gobind Singh in a video. It sparked demands for an apology, which Bindra eventually issued.

Back in 2018, the Indian Medical Association (IMA) filed a case against Bindra over alleged defamatory remarks against doctors in a video titled ‘Reality of Indian Medical System.‘ Despite facing a potential ₹50 crore defamation suit, Bindra won the case, with the court underscoring the significance of freedom of expression.

Unfortunately, these incidents have shed light on the complexities surrounding public figures and highlighted the significance of ethical conduct and accountability in the realm of influence and professional endeavors.
