The acting skills of Randeep Hooda are not hidden from anyone. But now the actor is stepping into a new phase of life. Randeep Hooda and Lin Laishram recently announced that they are going to tie the knot on November 29 in Imphal, Manipur.
The actor, who is 47, and Lin took over their Instagram to share their marriage details in their hometown of Lin. Later, they are going to have a reception in Mumbai to host friends in the film industry.
The joint statement shared by the couple on Instagram read, ‘We are filled with joy while sharing that we are getting married on November 29, 2023, in Imphal. Also, there will be a reception in Mumbai. As we get on this new journey, we seek the blessings and love of everyone for this cultural union for which we are grateful.’
Hooda is known for his amazing movies like Jannat 2, Saheb Biwi aur Gangster, Sultan, Kick, and a lot more. He has also worked with Imtiaz Ali’s Love Aaj Kal, involving actors like Sara Ali Khan, Kartik Aryan, etc. Hooda even made a Hollywood movie called ‘Extraction’ with the amazing Marvel actor ‘Chris Hemsworth’.
Randeep and Lin have been dating for some time now. Lin, who is 37 years old, is a successful model and actor and is into business. She debuted in Bollywood in 2007. She has done some roles in movies like Om Shanti Om, Mary Kom, Rangoon, and the hit OTT release Jaane Jaan.
However, Hooda last appeared on the screen in the movie ‘Sergeant’. The unreleased projects of the actor involve movies like ‘Swatantrya Veer Savarkar’, which is directed by him.
Randeep and his love are known to share mushy pictures on Instagram. However, during Diwali this year, the couple shared a few pictures posing together and wrote, ‘Happy Diwali from us’.
There are some speculations that the couple is going to have a mythological-themed wedding with the Mahabharata connected. Randeep is a private person and doesn’t like much media attention. This is the reason that the couple is having an intimate wedding in Manipur. Also, another reason to marry in Manipur is that Lin is from Manipur. She wants to start a fresh chapter of her life in the place she was born.
