Xiaomi launched its new models of Redmi Book laptops in China. Along with the K70 series of Redmi, the company released the Redmi Book 14 and Redmi Book 16 (2024) models.
The laptops are known to have Intel’s 13th-generation Core processors. They are going to run Windows 11 and will come with HyperOS integration.
Price and availability of Redmi Book 14 and Redmi Book 16 (2024)
The Redmi Book 14 (2024) will come in colors like silver, star grey, etc. The pricing of this laptop will start at 4199 yuan for the 16GB and 512GB models. Whereas, for the 16GB and 1TB models, the pricing will be 4499 yuan.
When it comes to Redmi Book 16 (2024), it will come in colors like star grey, etc. The starting price will be around 4399 yuan for the variants like 16GB and 512GB. Whereas, for the 16GB and 1TB variants, the pricing will be 4699 yuan.
The Redmi Book 14 is easily available for purchase in China. But the Redmi Book 16 will be available in stores starting in December.

Redmi Book will be available for all in two sizes: 14 inches and 16 inches. Both of them are going to have a 16:10 aspect ratio, sRGB color gamut, and Dolby Vision support. The other thing that these laptops are going to have is a 1080p webcam along with 2 x 2W speakers, which will be supported by Dolby Atmos.
The Redmi Book 14 will be 312.24 x 220.15 x 15.9 mm. The weight of Redmi Book 14 will be 1.37 kg. Whereas Redmi Book 16 will be 355.2 x 248.5 x 15.9 mm and weigh around 1.68kg.
Both laptops will have a 3.5 GHz 13th Generation Intel Core i5-13500H processor. Along with this, they will have 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM as well as a 1TB PCle 4.0 SSD. The laptops will run on Windows 11 with Xiaomi’s HyperOS Intelligent Connect. This will have one-on-one interconnection along with multi-device support for better integration.
When it comes to connectivity, they will have options like Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6E, USB-A ports, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Thunderbolt, etc. The Redmi Book 14 will be powered with a 56-watt battery, and the Redmi Book 16 will have a larger battery capacity of 72-watt.
